Style
We primarily use Douglas Fir select wood. Either smooth or resawn. Wood sizes vary from big timber to light lattice. The two major styles to choose from are lattice or solid. Location choices are either attached to the house or a freestanding structure.
Using wood allows you full customization of your cover! Whether its a flat top, gabled tiled roof, or a lattice-solid cover combination, we can build it!

Warranty
We warranty all of our products with a four year cosmetic and 10 year structural warranty based on the California Law.
Color Options
One of the biggest advantages to wood, you can paint or stain it any color! There are no limitations! Well, except those you may have specified in your HOA guidelines.
All of our structures are painted offsite in our warehouse with 2 coats of finish. We do this to control the drying process and create a consistent product. The only painting we will do on site is touch-up. No worries of messy paint jobs on your patio!
